The Opportunity

We are seeking a 40-hour Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to support one of our Internal Medicine offices. Weekly schedules consist of 36 hours of patient-facing, clinical time, and 4 hours of administrative time and the APP will be required to work Mondays and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility to round out the rest of their weekly schedule as desired. We are located at 500 Merrimack Street Lawrence, MA 01843.

Our office provides physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventative care for adults (ages 18+). The goal is to identify and control patients' health risk factors before they become problems. We diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and promote general health, disease prevention and overall well-being.

The APPs share panels with physicians to enhance practice operations, increasing patient volume and efficiency while providing excellent patient care and experience. This includes traditional primary care visits and same day sick appointments. With this model, providers work autonomously to the top of their licensure while also functioning as part of a team.

Are you ready to bring your talent to this team and join us in driving medicine forward? In this full-time role, you will have access to a competitive benefits package tailored to meet your needs, as well as a robust bonus program to enhance the total compensation package!
