- Responsible for on-site construction observation under supervision
- Conduct field measurements, track and calculate quantities, and verify elevations
- Assist with on-site construction observation/monitoring/documenting/verifying conformance with contract documents and applicable standards
- Assist with documenting and forwarding identified or received field concerns
- Assist with submittal review, RFI responses, etc.
- Prepare daily reports of construction activities and progress and prepare meeting minutes of weekly construction meetings
- Observe at project manager client and/or project meetings
- Assist with performing field testing and reporting findings to supervisor
- May assist with surveying and/or material testing
- erform other duties as assigned
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass Mead & Hunt's Vehicle Safety Program criteria.
- Education/Experience Associate Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
