Staffmark has partnered with a wholesale bakery company in Fort Wayne, IN, seeking a Packaging Associate to join their team. As a Packaging Associate, you will ensure that all bakery products are packaged accurately and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and develop new skills in a new industry!

We have a variety of schedules to choose from to meet your work-life balance needs!

  • 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM | $13.00/hr | Full-time
  • 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM | $14.00/hr | Full-time
  • 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM | $14.00/hr | Full-time
  • 9:30 am - 3:30 pm | $13.00/hr | Part-time
  • 5:30 pm - 11:30 pm | $14.00/hr | Part-time
  • 1:30 am - 7:30 am | $14.00/hr | Part-time

As a Packaging Associate, you will ensure that all items are properly packaged and labeled before shipping, monitor production equipment, and maintain a clean work area. This includes weighing and measuring products, inspecting the packaging for defects, and operating equipment such as tape machines and pallet jacks. This entry-level position requires the ability to transport up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time. Attention to detail and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment are also essential for success in this role.
