JOB SUMMARY: The Software Developer (Mid Level) is responsible for the creation of applications that take into consideration all aspects of application development architecture design including – performance, scalability, coding, caching, security, encryption, session state management, and error logging and testing. The important skills for this position are C#, .Net, SQL, Angular, and other various front end web development technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full stack development
- Support/Development of the front end of web-based applications
- Support and development of existing applications
- Perform QA and work closely with the QA team
- Provide technical input/guidance when needed
- Research new technologies and share how they could be integrated into our environment
- Troubleshooting and debugging both internal and external code
- Use of Agile development methodology
Requirements/Education:
- Bachelor in Computer Science or other IT-related field preferred
- 2-year degree in programming or other IT-related field with additional experience may be considered
- 0 – 2 years experience developing software applications
- Experience in the following technologies is considered a plus:
- C#
- .Net
- MVC, ASP.NET
- MS SQL
- IIS
- Visual Studio
- Angular
- HTML(5)/CSS
- JS/JQuery/AJAX/AngularJS
- Strong collaboration, relationship management, verbal and written communication skills
- Good judgment, logical thinking, and detail-oriented
- Ability to adapt and understand business
- Ability to drive projects to completion
- Understands Agile methodology and the Scrum process.
