Job Description

Staffmark Muncie is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work in Muncie, Indiana. A local, family-owned business has partnered with us to grow its team. We are searching for a motivated individual ready to work in a fast-paced team environment. Previous experience is not a vital component of this job as we will train the best candidate for the position.

Pay: $16/hr

This Customer Service Representative will work full-time Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM. The only requirements for this position include a willingness to learn new skills, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.

Essential job tasks include:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments
  • Adjust and fix incorrect orders
  • Answer phones and help resolve any issues with customers
  • Provide positive interactions with customers
  • Accurately process paperwork
  • Independently use problem-solving skills
