HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

We're looking for a digital marketer to join our mission to make change happen. Your role will be to evolve our digital storefront, driving and optimizing website traffic, conversions, and user experience. Day to day, you'll be responsible for assessing web performance, translating data into insights, implementing new tactics and approaches to drive digital innovation, and elevating the experience for our web visitors. You'll work alongside other changemakers in our firm to bring our go-to-market narrative to life via our website and advertising.

This role manages and elevates our website, utilizing insights, SEO, SEM, and advertising.

You'll be working alongside other changemakers in our firm to elevate brand awareness and engagement through our owned social channels, integrated campaign support, and employee advocacy programs.

YOU WILL:

Elevate Our Website:

  • Manage northhighland.com and corresponding web properties, serving as primary POC for all web-related issues, inquiries, and website development asks.

  • Build website strategy and introduce new interactive components, layouts, and content to increase conversions, coordinating with agency partners as needed.

  • Collaborate across teams to create, maintain, and update site content and tagging.

  • Evangelize best practices in website management and enhance content development and maintenance process.

  • Strategize, manage, and execute website security updates.

  • Stay current with digital content strategy and UX trends, highlighting opportunities to improve website experience and conversions.

  • Innovate with SEO and Advertising:

  • Build, execute, and manage SEO/SEM strategy (keeping in mind regulatory compliance, user experience, and optimal performance)

  • Lead technical SEO audits, and site crawls to improve website performance and reinforce best practices around SEO content development.

  • Perform keyword research and analysis to develop copy and improve organic and paid search performance.

  • Develop campaigns and content for other digital advertising channels to drive traffic to the North Highland web properties.

Manage SEM budget:

  • Derive Insights:

  • Pull, analyze, and visualize website and SEO metrics to inform site improvements and conversion trends (using tools such as Hotjar, SEM Rush, Google Analytics 4, Pardot, and Salesforce)

  • Communicate website, SEO, and SEM performance and trends to key stakeholders.

  • Other duties as assigned.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

While we hope you'll do a lot of learning and growing with us, there are a few things we would love to see from you. We are looking for you to bring your digital chops, analytics know-how, and program management acumen.

  • Experience. 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, managing websites, SEO, and SEM. Advanced Microsoft Office skills are a must. You'll also need to demonstrate expertise in marketing automation, CMS, and CRM platforms like Drupal, Pardot, and Salesforce.

  • Data-driven problem solver. Our manager will find the "aha moments" in data to evolve the digital experience, map the user journey, and increase conversions. Use of analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, and Looker Studio is critical. You'll run point on all web and SEO metrics and need to be comfortable assessing underlying drivers to optimize performance and sharing results with other stakeholders using clear and compelling storytelling.

  • Passion and expertise in digital. You'll be a leading force for us in this field-one that spots unique insights, improves performance and creates real value. You'll use your drive and expertise to thrive with minimal supervision and keep your skills fresh by staying current on the latest digital marketing trends.

  • Exceptional people, writing, presentation, and communication skills. With experience interacting and forming strong relationships with the stakeholders, running point on digital strategies, collaborating with teams to build digital content, working with agency partners, and exploring new data visualization tactics.

  • Accountability and project management. Our manager will take ownership of the quality completion of digital deliverables. Always keeping projects on track, managing time wisely, making strategic decisions, and keeping an eye on the details. You'll need to demonstrate creative storytelling, too.

  • A bachelor's degree. Preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields with strong digital emphasis/interest. This must be from an accredited college or university. A master's degree and professional certificates are bonuses.

Communication - provides clear messaging through emails, NH Weekly updates, power point presentations, etc. to inform and influence the business.

Cultural Awareness - demonstrates and utilizes an awareness of our culture and how data impacts, informs, and influences our culture.
