The Treasury Client Services Professional IV - Corporate Cardserves as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of corporate card clients and Program administrators. As a subject matter expert, the TCSP IV works independently to assist customers with their service inquiries including but not limited to card utilization, adding new users to Spend Control, and Fleet cardholder inquiries. This position will also work in a consultative manner with Corporate Card Client Experience Consultants, Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Officers (TMO) and Corporate Card Sales Specialist to ensure client experience is satisfactory.

You will build relationships and get to know your coworkers in operations and technology and sales, working across multiple lines of business. Our teams work with product managers, analysts, operations, sales, vendors, and the product support team.

• You will ensureclient satisfaction by delivering best-in-class service through effective communication and timely resolution of customer inquiries and requests.
• You will work withOperations, Corporate Card partners in troubleshooting problems/streamlining operating procedures.
• You will continuously improveknowledge of required systems supporting corporate card clients.
• You will escalateoperational problems with Corporate Card and RPA process.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate's Degree in a Business related field (Bachelor's preferred) and 4-6 years' experience in banking and treasury client servicing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
