We are currently seekinga Quality Assurance Auditor to join our dynamic team in Clarksville, TNas part of the QA Team!

The QA Auditor is the person in charge of auditing all aspects of the QA, Manufacturing and Materials systems including manufacturing and production part lines, QAudit 25 and Martial warehouses. The QA auditor will conduct the audits, document the findings, report the findings to factory management and receive corrective actions.

Pay: $63,000 Annually

Key responsibilities:

  • Study audit procedures and create the plan for all factory audits
  • Conduct audits per the audit schedule and report findings to QA Team Leader
  • Communicate findings with related teams to gain consensus on the audit findings
  • Report findings and corrective actions to the factory management, President and HQ.
  • Interface with Manufacturing, Production Parts, Innovation team in support of FI-11 audit plan and tasks
  • Responsible forall QA audit tasks, deliverables and updates to the audit checklist and plan
  • Continuously develop the Auditor position within the high performance QA team
  • Understand and observe the Jeong Do Management Principles
  • Support achievement of daily, monthly and annual QA team targets
  • Responsible for conducting tasks and activity in a safe working environment and follows compliance rules to support the safety program

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor of science degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • 2+ years of quality audit experience in home appliance or a related manufacturing industry
  • Internal auditor certification in IS0 9001, IATF 16949 or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) is desired
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills (8D, 5Y, Decision Tree, FMEA, etc.)
  • Advanced computer application skills (including Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab)
  • Occasional domestic and international travel
