Job Summary
We are looking for a person that is friendly and knowledgeable in fine dining and bartending. You will be the face of our Food and Beverage and responsible for the what the guests experience. Bar and serving shifts will be split up weekly.

Qualifications and Skills
Prior experience in Food Service a must
At least one year of bartending
Knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine and pairing with food
TABC Certified
Food Handlers Certification
Patient and friendly with excellent people skills
Good physical health and stamina
Flexibility to work shifts
Responsible and trustworthy
Excellent organizational skills as well as time management
This is a full - time non-exempt position that reports to the Restaurant management team.
Hours and days will be on a needed basis, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
The employee will be required to sit, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch at any given time and lift, move up to 25 pounds.
