How you will contribute:

As a Project Manager, youwill manage large mechanical projects ranging from approximately $2M to $30M in scope.You will be responsible for maintaining labor projections, meeting with management on a regular basis to discuss project status and due dates, participating in turnover meetings as required, assisting with any follow-up information with the customer as is requested, and assuming an active role in managing the projects in conjunction with field management. You will produce and manage an accurate forecast of project financials.You will be challenged to excel beyond your expectations in a team-oriented environment.

What you need to qualify:

Three-plus years of experience project managing mechanical projects is required. Product lines managed will include Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Wastewater, and Industrial Processes. Candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply; those with less experience may begin as an Assistant Project Manager. You can stand out above other candidates by demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, and being able to execute tasks with a great amount of detail will be crucial.
