Job Summary:

Ledcor Technical Services (LTS) is a proven leader and innovator in telecommunications network design, construction, maintenance, service installation, and repair in North America.

As a Regional Manager, you will provide leadership to a team of Field Service Technicians and be responsible for the support and overall Service Delivery to our customers. You are dynamic, motivated, operations-minded, results oriented, and have a high level of focus on customer satisfaction.

You will establish customer account communication, governance, and expectations that create a positive client experience. You will ensure the timeliness and quality of LTS Service Delivery. You will verify that technicians within your regional team are following established expectations and guidelines for work order delivery and well-ordered daily operations. You will be the point of contact for any escalations or concerns that arise within your region.

This will be a home-based position with 25-30% of your time in the field with technicians and customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support and promote Ledcor's core values of safety, quality, integrity, sustainability, and success.
  • Manage the operations work force in the assigned region and ensure that 1) work is of the highest quality and that 2) all operational performance metrics are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor and analyze reports pertaining to scheduling, workload management, resource management, regional finances, and performance.
  • Identify needs and opportunities for same day resource adjustments.
  • Lead and manage employees ensuring ongoing communication, performance management, and professional development.
  • Pursue and develop new business opportunities for the company within region; this includes overseeing the generating of customer quotes.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within the industry, with 2 of those years in a leadership role.
  • Strong safety record and demonstrated experience of working within an established and advanced Health and Safety program.
  • Demonstrated change management skills in a large multi-departmental organization.
  • Experience managing a flexible workforce required to work non-traditional work hours and holidays.
  • Experience improving organizational effectiveness, optimizing workflow, and executing strategic goals.
  • Proven client management
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to plan and organize workloads and work within multiple deadlines.
