Job Description


Staffmark has an opening for a Logistics Coordinator that will have the opportunity to work for our reputable and thriving client in the manufacturing industry. We are seeking a personable, hard-working, and diligent individual in Sterrett, AL that thrives in a fast-paced work environment to be a part of our exciting future!

Schedule: 8-hour day shift (consistent schedule)
Pay rate: $35 - $45/hr.

Logistics Coordinator responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all aspects of logistics process, from order fulfillment to delivery.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Monitor Inventory levels and ensure that goods are delivered on time and in good condition.
  • Optimize the logistics process to reduce cases and improve efficiency.
  • Manage machine shop inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bring industry contacts, relationships, and new business opportunities (incentive compensation available).

Qualified candidates will have three years of logistics experience.
