Starting Rate of pay: 18.78/hour.

Shifts Available and Hours:

  • 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am
  • Days and Nights Shift - 12-hour shift - 3 days on/4 days off one week - then 4 days on/3 days off every other weekend off.

Shift Premium: Nightshift - $1.00/hour extra.

Job Responsabilities
  • Promotes an environment where doing things safety isHighest Priority.
  • Ensure all employees fulfill their HSE responsibilities and sets the example for the team to follow.
  • Actively participates in workplace and behavioral observations.
  • Assist accident/incident reviews and develop corrective actions.
  • Continually drive housekeeping initiative and improvements.
  • Attends a brief safety meeting at the beginning of each shift.
  • Ensure Safety, Quality, and productivity with fellow team members.
  • Complete all required data entries/paperwork for the shift.
  • Identities areas of concern throughout the shift and reports concerns to the Cast house Supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Must be able to understand and follow basic written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Must have Minimum one-year experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.
  • Will be required to lift approximately twenty to fifty (20-50) pounds, either from time to time, or continuously, during scheduled shift.
  • Must read and understand all work and safety instructions relevant to their specific area of responsibility.
  • Ability to communicate proficiently with all personnel.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours shift.
  • Good math skills
  • Forklift a plus experience.
