Job Summary: |
The Section of Critical Care within the Department of Pediatrics seeks an advanced practice provider (APP) for the management and coordination of care for patients admitted to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Children's Hospital Colorado in Aurora, CO. APPs are present in the PICU24 hours a day and this position will require a mix of days, evenings and night shifts. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications: |
Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire. This is an open rank position and could be categorized as Instructor or Senior Instructor, based on experience and qualifications as indicated below: Instructor: Minimum three years' experience as advanced practice provider in tertiary or quaternary pediatric intensive care unit and/or completion of a post-graduate inpatient APP Fellowship program Physician Assistant:

Sr. Instructor: Minimum five years' experience as advanced practice provider in tertiary or quaternary pediatric intensive care unit Physician Assistant:

Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE: Instructor: $118,000-$128,000 Sr. Instructor: $128,000-$140,000 The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
