The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing property management accounting for a portfolio of low-income apartment buildings, ensuring financial integrity, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective communication with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include overseeing general ledger maintenance, cash flow management, financial reporting, grant billing, regulatory compliance, audit preparation, and policy adherence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, possess a thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices, excel in analytical and communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Plymouth Housing is a nonprofit organization that develops and operates permanent supportive housing for single adults who have experienced chronic homelessness. With apartment buildings throughout King County, Plymouth is helping the most vulnerable members of our community leave homelessness behind forever.
