Acara Solutions is seeking a tenured Enterprise Risk & Governance Manager for an international banking company. This is a 100% Remote IT contractor role, paying up to $80/HR for a 12+ month contract project. For top-talent candidates, Senior Hiring Managers will review resumes and interview to fill this urgent lead technical role.
Job Summary: Assist managing client expectations and business relationships, support risk and governance controls, provide technical solutions and manage applications. SME for enterprise initiatives and complex discretionary projects while supporting risk compliance and regulations for contractual projects.

Career Title: Enterprise Data Risk & Governance Manager
Pay Rate: Up to $80/Hour
Project Details: 40-Hour work week / 12+ Month Project
Work Setting: 100% Remote, must be able to work EST business hours
Job Responsibilities "At-a-Glance":
- Technical risk and governance management projects, regulatory analysis, and internal controls
- Manage data risk lifecycles and support cross-functional technical teams for identification and regulations
- Apply risk management and controls concepts into practice, advise and guide project implementations
- Responsible for "Risk & Control Self-Assessments", effective residual enterprise assessments, and evaluations
- Manage KCI, KRI and KPI development, controls measurement and process reviews
- Support practices for technical issues ie: governance, issue management, and lineage
- Project assistance for risk and controls management and internal banking audits
- RCSAs to manage risks associated within the framework and application development
Job Requirements
Required Works Skills, Education and Qualifications:
- 10 years combined of higher education plus risk and controls analysis and business systems development
- 8+ Enterprise Risk project management with KCI, KPI and KRI development and controls
- 8+ Banking risk and controls systems management, regulatory communications, and governance management
Preferred Works Skills, Education and Qualifications:
- BS degree is Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
- Banking, Financial enterprise career experience
