This Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for:
- Providing crisis intervention, psychosocial assessment, counseling, complex resource coordination, and psychosocial consultation to the medical team.
- Participating in program development with Hematology Social Work Team and BMF multidisciplinary team to create and enhance patient/family psycho-education, developmentally appropriate interventions and continuity of care efforts.
To qualify, you must have:
- Master's degree in Social Work, LCSW required. LICSW preferred
- Experience in health care environment with inpatient experience preferred.
- Knowledge of child protection system helpful.
- Spanish language skills strongly preferred.
- Flexibility and ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This is a 20 hour/week position that is eligible for part time benefits, and a $2,500 sign on bonus!
Schedule: (Job share position with another BCH social worker)
Wednesdays 12:30-5
Thursday 8:30-5
Fridays 8:30-5
