WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Responsible for Facilities administration and administration and maintenance of physical security systems, including card access systems, intrusion alert systems and video monitoring systems. Provide administrative assistance with internal and external communication pieces and maintain maintenance records for all of Facilities. Assists the Facilities department in the creation and lifecycle maintenance of all policies and procedures owned by the department.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm at our Plymouth Corporate office; non-exempt.

In addition:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in computer systems including MS Office.
  • 5+ years of administrative experience
  • Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and maintain complete confidentiality of all credit union and job related data and information at all times.
  • Must be able to interact and speak professionally and comfortably in face-to-face, telephone, and e-mail environments with members, co-workers and business partners.
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise and professional manner to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Generate professional correspondence internally and externally.
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment drug test and various background checks
  • Responsible for regular and reliable attendance at the workplace
