What this job involves

The program coordinator for fire drills is a support role on the team. This role reports directly to the Senior program manager and will have accountability for assisting with the implementation of the Global Emergency Preparedness Fire Drill program across the account operations. As a member of the HSSE team, this individual will be responsible for deploying and supporting the JLL health, safety, and environmental risk management strategy and supporting the HSSE professionals on their team as related to their scope of work. The main function will be to:
Support the Senior program manager and assistant program manager with the Work Dynamics business to comply with Amazon and JLL cultural, client, and statutory fire drill requirements in its operations.
Support development for client facing program for employee facing communications, emergency preparedness strategy and implementation, documentation and training.
Support the senior program manager and assistant program manager with technical expertise, and support for global fire drill operations.
Support equipment audits & tracking systems for emergency equipment resources
Support work teams to secure operational HSSE compliance, including providing support for HSSE audits and inspections as required.
Oversee and support fire drill operations in the Puget Sound
Secure the development of a positive, proactive HSSE culture at all levels throughout the account

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills

Required:
1+ years of proven history of implementation of health, safety, and environmental systems and processes,
1+ years of complex program management
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deal with all people at all organizational levels, internally and externally
Computer literate with knowledge of commonly used software programs, including Microsoft Office applications
Experience in inter-regional project management

Preferred:
Recognized HSSE professional qualifications and professional memberships appropriate for the role
Internal or External Auditor Qualifications
Membership of a local HSSE management professional body
