Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• To execute incoming (in house/outsource) measurement - visual inspection of metal and plastic parts and outgoing quality assurance materials.
• To perform inspection piece parts from incoming machine product and final inspection (spare part, sub assembly, assembly, and system) per drawing.
• Continually identify and standardize/improvement inspection methods to minimize inspection time, consistency and work with Quality Engineer for solutions then verify effectiveness.
• Work closely with Quality Engineer/Team to understand the customer feedback/requirements to set delivery spec then supports develop/update QA work instruction (basic functionalities) to prevent defect escape to end user/customer.
• Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills. Well organized and able provide accurate and on-time results/meet deadlines
• Analyze Customer Feedback using Microsoft Dynamic NAV with QE and Team to validate E-drawing to close all identified issues. Define, develop, and implement Quality System Engineering strategies, to contribute to Manufacturing, Assembly, and Quality strategic directions.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamic NAV and Quality System to prepare Daily/Weekly/Quarterly/Project Quality Reports (Supplier, NCMR/MRB Quality Alert, SCAR, CAPA, Training, Inspection Method) which includes top defects, defect photos, FPY, to prepare excel report include failure rates/performance present in meetings per schedule for product and/or process improvement.
