The Desktop Analyst II will coordinate the installation, management and troubleshooting of AV for conference rooms in a corporate environment..

This position will be on-site in Omaha, NE.

What will you do?

• Coordinates the installation, management and troubleshooting of AV technology for conference rooms in a corporate environment.

• AV training and support

• Endpoint/Systems support and management

• Hardware and software troubleshooting, deployment, and updating

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor degree in computer science or related field

• 3-5 years related work experience

• Experience with corporate AV set up and troubleshooting

• Workstation hardware component knowledge

• Excellent communication and customer service

Who would excel in this role?

• Experience with Microsoft SCCM

• Patching and vulnerability remediation

• Active Directory/GPO knowledge

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

• ServiceNow knowledge
