Position Summary
MultiCare Health System is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to work in our growing Neonatal Follow Up Program. The ideal candidate will have experience in NICU care, primary care, and/or neurodevelopmental care. The Neonatal Follow Up Nurse Practitioner works as part of a multi-disciplinary team and provides clinical support services for pediatric medical programs across MultiCare and interfaces with primary care practices. Collaboration is key with Mary Bridge Providers and Staff. Requirements
- Graduate of a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program, masters or doctoral degree preferred
- Training and/or experience in diagnosing and working with pediatric patients with a history of perinatal concerns including prematurity, genetic syndromes, and congenital conditions
- Licensed in the state of WA as an ARNP by the time of employment
- Board certified by the time of employment
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $136,984.00 - $185,795.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
