• Responsible for all incoming Patient Service Specialists (PSS) to Wellstone Health Partners.
• Provide exceptional and timely training to the PSS team members.
• Monitor, in partnership with Wellstone Leadership team, all PSS team members across the system to facilitate training 1:1 to those in need and provides training updates on new processes.
• Help support all Wellstone sites as a PSS to maintain proficiency in various areas where needed.

Job Requirements

• 2 years' medical office reception experience

• Previous customer service experience in a retail, business, or office setting

• High School Diploma or equivalent
