If you consider yourself a multitasker & problem solver aiming to grow your career within Office Administration/Analyst field, then our Project Coordinator opportunity will provide you with a fulfilling position allowing you to work with leadership and project teams to support NV5's Owner's Representative group.

THE OPPORTUNITY

NV5 is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a group of Project Mangers within the company. This person will also support the Leadership Team on various public and private projects. The Project Coordinator acts as main office contact and ambassador for the company. This position is typically located our Denver office but location may be flexible.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    Act as the office manager and main office contact, which includes general office organization, supply procurement and may include local travel.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Create and maintain master contact list for each project as projects commence and team members are added.
  • Develop and distribute meeting minutes or records as needed on assigned projects.
  • Review and evaluate monthly project draw package documentation (e.g., budgets, AIA standard pay applications/documentation, invoices, lien waivers, bills of sale, certificates of insurance, etc.).
  • Collect, review and document consultant, contractor, and vendor invoices on each project. Initiate process for corrections when needed; prepare monthly draw requests and process invoices.
  • Obtain project specific information from Project Manager in order to prepare consultant agreements, from NV5 Standard Templates, including collection of project specific insurance certificates, bonds and other contract exhibits.
  • Collect, review and catalog all project close out documents as required by projects.
  • Maintain cloud-based records and document storage for each project utilizing NV5's proprietary naming conventions. Ensure documents are uploaded and saved in a timely manner and ensure accurate file maintenance.
  • Assist with completing document templates including developing written narratives, editing text and proof reading to support project tasks.
  • Be available and in office during business hours.
Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR COMPANY

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Data Analysis preferred. Preference given to alternate education on a case-by-case basis.

  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and Outlook .
  • Technical writing skills and experience are a plus.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $28.85- $38.47 per hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Base pay information is based on market location. Applicants should apply via the NV5 careers site.
