Duties/Responsibilities | 1. Assist Director and Assitant Director with nutritional needs of football players; including but not limited to weight goals, supplementation, body composition, etc. 2. Present at daily practice to help with performance nutrition and fueling before, during and after exercise 3. Collect body fat percentages, muscle mass, and bone mineral density using the DEXA machine 4. Help athletes with live meal coaching and plate building 5. Determine hydration status of athletes using MX3 Saliva and Sweat Test |

Assist with Student Volunteer Program including daily tasks, monthly meetings, and covering shift if short staffed 3. Help with tracking of player compliance which could include recovery, meals, and/or supplementation 4. Supervise travel needs for packing in both home & away games |
