We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join the eSignature team. In this role the BSA will have the opportunity to work with the eSign team to find, develop, and maintain digital signature solutions for departments across the enterprise. A main objective of Zions is to provide secure and simple solutions for its clients. Providing secure eSignature services is a key component of that objective.

We are a fast-paced technology team, dedicated to supporting the IT needs of Zions Bancorporation, a regional bank with divisions covering 10 western states and assets of over $60B. The BSA plays a key role on our eSign agile team.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced communication skills to engage effectively with various business and technology stakeholders for requirements gathering and process building and documentation.
  • Collaborate with DocuSign Partners and business stakeholders to design, build, and troubleshoot custom eSignature solutions.
  • Perform application monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting and assist users with access provisioning and support requests.
  • Facilitate change requests and assist with pre- and post- change testing.
  • Understand software and API integrations and coordinate with developers on new and modified integrations between DocuSign and various endpoints. Experience with SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON is a plus.
  • Have a solid understanding of project, change, and release management as you assist the team in creating and managing use cases and deploying them to production.
  • Be responsible for application and infrastructure monitoring, coordinating with Enterprise Technology & Operations and business units on assigning and updating system issues and changes.
  • Work with internal and external support teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Document and escalate incidents, as necessary.
  • Solid skillset for manual testing activities. This includes the ability to estimate test effort on user stories, create, manage, and execute test cases, and report testing progress.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, processes, procedures, project management, etc. or other directly related experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
  • Solid troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to elicit, gather, and analyze requirements.
  • General knowledge of business systems and applications, incident, change, and system management.
  • Knowledge and experience working in Agile methodologies, including Kanban.
  • Solid presentation, technical, and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience with DocuSign is a plus
  • Bank/financial institution domain knowledge is plus
  • Familiarity with JSON, SOAP, REST, HTML, XML is a plus

Location:

This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.

The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah.
