Job Summary:
As a Mental Health Professional, you will provide individual, partner, family, and/or group therapy to improve the quality of individuals and family lives. You will provide services to individuals representing a broad range of mental health symptoms and associated functional impairments concerns. You will complete diagnostic assessments to develop appropriate treatment plans and provide clinical oversight of each treatment plan. You will maintain compliance with mental health clinic statutes including monthly clinical supervision, staff meetings, medical consultation. You will also be required to maintain documentation, perform record keeping and participate in periodic meetings and training.
Housing Program Treatment Supervisor:
The treatment supervisor) will provide treatment supervision of the LSS housing program. The position is based in LSS Behavioral Health, located at the Center for Changing Lives in Minneapolis. The treatment Supervisor provides support and treatment supervision for the Mental Health Practitioners, Housing Specialist and Certified Peer Specialists through monthly case consultation. Clinical assessments, personal statements of need for clients enrolling in the HSASMI program and mental health resources are also provided. To carry out staff supervision and supervision of client case file activities in Anoka and Chisago Counties, The Mental Health Professional will travel to these counties and use Microsoft Teams.
