Job Summary
Gardner Denver Assemblers work from procedures, visual work instructions, bill of materials, and/or blueprints to set-up and assemble rotary screw or reciprocating compressors, straight lobe blowers, and/or re-manufacture returned units.

Responsibilities
*Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
*Ability to read and interpret Bill of Materials and Engineering controlled documents.
*Ability to identify and solve problems.
*Ability to pass certification for Powered Industrial Vehicle license.
*Ability to accurately read and interpret precision measurement tools i.e. Micrometer, Depth gauge, etc.


Basic Qualifications
*Mechanically inclined
*Understanding of basic/shop math
*Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team work setting

Key Competencies
*High school degree or High School Equivalency preferred
