WHAT YOU WILL DO FOR US!
Join our team at our Bucyrus grain elevator in Hettinger, ND. This position is designed for individuals who are looking for a chance to prove they can learn new tasks, advance and take any and all responsibility for their safe work behavior and the safety of their coworkers. The Grain Elevator Assistant Manager will be exposed to all facets of the operations of the Elevator and will assist the Manager supervise the elevator staff with the responsibility for keeping high-quality product available. This position will maintain a positive and forthright attitude that promotes teamwork and a favorable public image.
WHO YOU ARE! REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED degree and/or equivalent training required. Four-year degree preferred.
Experience with elevator equipment and operations are required.
Maintenance with a mechanical aptitude is required.
2-7 years of experience with managing people, elevator equipment, and elevator operations is essential.
Demonstrate capacity to excel within a high stress and fast-paced work environment.
