Job Description

IHC is currently seeking a MARKETING COORDINATOR.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-generate statements of qualification/proposals
-prepare pre-bid qualifications
-coordinate company events
-structure and maintain project data
-create and update employee resumes
-update web information
-generate graphics
-strategize and participate in all marketing activities and business development
-create & manage social media postings
-collaborate with and support HR’s employee recruitment/engagement/retention strategies
-coordinate/execute trade shows & career fairs
-other Marketing/HR duties as assigned
IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:
-some understanding of construction services
-some experience marketing in construction or related industries
-a proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe graphic applications
-excellent writing skills, attention to detail & organizational skills
-the ability to articulate clearly
-a willingness to communicate & collaborate
-flexibility to work outside normal business hours to meet occasional deadlines & to participate in local trade shows
