The Trulaske College of Business is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Project/Program Support Coordinator. This position will serve as the building coordinator for Cornell Hall as well as manage and oversee the Instructional Support Services office. This position will:

Review requests for capital improvements, maintain record of completed and on-going projects, serve as the point of contact for Campus Facilities for projects and as the project manager to ensure projects are completed based on specifications. Monitor building related mocodes and provide updates to the Business and Finance Officer and Dean monthly, as well as process payment requests. Submit an annual budget to the Business and Finance Officer for the upcoming fiscal year's projects and monitor budget to actual for current year expenses.

Assist with Cornell Hall Space Planning. Keep track of current locations of all staff, faculty, and PhD students in the building, update all office signage, coordinate office moves for faculty/PhD office assignments. Complete the annual Space Use Inventory survey to ensure accurate coding and usage to ensure campus has accurate data.

Management and oversight of the Instructional Support Services (ISS) Office including supervision of personnel. Oversee budgeting, pricing, schedules, and services (printing, mail delivery, technology check-outs, etc.) provided by the ISS Office. Assess needs and determine strategy for increasing product offerings to ensure the financial success of the ISS Office.

Responsible for assisting and initiating building upkeep, maintenance projects, and Cornell Hall event preparations.

Manage, oversee, and approve the use of temporary space in Cornell Hall - conference rooms, meeting spaces, and other non-centrally scheduled rooms in accordance with use guidelines.

Management and security of Cornell Hall keys and door swipe access.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

The success of this position will be measured by the accuracy of reporting (financial, project updates, etc.) to Business and Finance Officer, timeliness and effectiveness of communication with key constituents, customer service, compliance with policies, new product idea generation, and the ability to efficiently complete projects and tasks.

Shift

M-F 8:00am-5:00pm, some nights and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with supervising staff, customer service, and project management.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $51,875.20 - $73,008.00

Grade: GGS-10
