WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Join a passionate team that is focused on design and development of packaging for Data Center Liquid cooling products, industrial air-conditioners, and electrical enclosures.

  • Develop designs and documentation for new and existing product packaging by creating 3D models, drawings, bills of materials (BOM), and other documentation to fully define for purchasing and manufacturing.

  • Work directly with the Packaging Engineers and collaborate with multi-functional teams (Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply, and Customer Support).

  • Assist in the testing of packaging solutions in the on-site testing lab.

  • Initiate/prepare Engineering Change Order (ECO) documentation, including drawings and BOM's.

YOU HAVE:

  • Two-year technical degree, preferably in mechanical design

  • Ideally 1+ years of experience in CAD design and documentation of components and assemblies.

  • 3D CAD modeling experience using SolidWorks a must

  • Knowledge of drafting standards

  • Experience with ENOVIA PLM system a plus

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and detail-orientation

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to be highly productive with minimal supervision
