The Regional Director of Business Development is responsible for growing occupancy through two primary means, (1) driving, managing, and converting leads for designated start up properties and (2) mentoring and supporting onsite marketing staff in designated communities to grow census. This position requires application and training of marketing and sales techniques, including required onsite visits in the Minnesota Metro Area and rural Minnesota.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in marketing, public relations, or advertising is preferred.
  • Experience and contacts in the health care market and ability to establish relationships.
  • Exceptional telephone and communication skills and the desire to work closely with senior adults and the public.
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families and employees.
  • Must possess proficient computer skills, including email use.
  • Willing to travel to multiple Senior Living sites across the Twin Cities metropolitan region and occasional travel to rural Minnesota.
