Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our growing UX team focused on digital products and help accelerate the impact we have on our Customer Experience, crafting delightful, user-centric, and easy-to-use products and digital experiences for our ecosystem of customers.

In this position, you will take ownership of the UX design of a specific product. You will also design the product's overall functionality and continuously iterate to ensure the best user experience.

Highlights of your role

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to launch new products, services, and experiences.

* Work closely with Product Managers, Design Strategists, and engineering during product discovery and contribute to the overall product vision and strategy

* Illustrate design ideas using mock-ups, storyboards, and sitemaps * Design wireframes and user flows based on user needs

* Prototype solutions and interfaces in a variety of fidelities, in ways that clearly illustrate how elements function

* Build and conduct usability testing with our customers and use research findings to inform and inspire improvements

* Contribute to improving existing Design System components and engaging in discussions with other UX/UI designers about integrating new, reusable components

* Document design specifications for hand-off and work closely with engineering in cross-functional teams to manage and implement the UX/UI design and vision

* Collaborate with the CX team, Research, and Product Management to shape and improve the UX by carefully considering research learnings, usability heuristics, and best practices

* Provide creative direction, inspiration, and guidance to more junior Designers

* Stay current with the latest trends in product design as well as B2B and B2C products

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

* 5+ years of experience designing and creating optimal digital experiences and interactions for target users with a demonstrated portfolio of compelling, engaging digital solutions and an ability to define what makes them successful.

* Experience practicing human-centered design and skills in all phases, including research, framing, ideation, and prototyping.

* Strong visual design aesthetic and interactive design knowledge

* Experience with a variety of design and interactive tools (such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)

* Experience creating design patterns and managing design systems at scale.

* Proven experience in designing and implementing agile work environments and iterative product design cycles.

* Experience in leading design projects or areas of a product, solid time-management, and prioritization skills, and the ability to run projects simultaneously.

* Experience designing scalable solutions and applying system thinking.

* Strong verbal and visual presentation skills. You can present creative work early and often to key stakeholders in design reviews, and be prepared to articulate, justify, and defend design and interaction recommendations.

* Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary UX and product teams.

* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

* You are self-directed toward excellent work outcomes and are comfortable working in ambiguous, non-rules-based environments.
