Guardian Glass is looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join our team in Richburg, SC!

In this role you will be responsible for leading the Raw Glass operations team maximize long-term value creation around Safety, Compliance, Quality, and Customer Service. You will also provide leadership and demonstrate a clear commitment to continually improving operations and advancing our culture. What You Will Do

  • Lead a high-functioning, 24/7/365-day large scale manufacturing operation including people, process, equipment, and administration
  • Ensure manufacturing goals are met or exceeded
  • Build strong customer relations and create and foster a positive work environment
  • Drive continuous improvement through innovation and transformation
  • Advance our company culture deliberately and "by design - not default"
  • Recruit, challenge, mentor and develop the future leaders of the plant and company

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Management experience in a multi-departmental, non-unionized manufacturing plant environment
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships in a cross-functional organization
  • Experience coaching, mentoring and developing future leaders
  • Practical experience using Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a closely related discipline
