We are seeking a Revenue Operations Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data visualization in Tableau and hands-on experience with big data sets. This role will be responsible for bringing new ideas for improving processes, adding automation, and building dynamic dashboards for various leadership teams.


What You'll Do

  • Manage operational requests and reporting including analysis, issue troubleshooting, prioritization and resolution. Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows that fall within established governance guidelines.
  • Build and operationalize processes that ensure timely data-loading and maintaining accuracy of data in the Salesforce eco-system, including Salesforce CRM, NetSuite and Tableau.
  • Query, manipulate and validate data across multiple domains using database technologies and querying languages such as SQL.
  • Lead projects that include advanced qualitative and quantitative analytic assignments, methodologies, and predictive data models across multiple sectors.
  • Provide relevant data-related reports to leadership team and apply expertise to proactively make business recommendations based on data, while quantifying the impact for changes for leaders.
  • Utilize data manipulation and aggregation techniques, descriptive statistics and/or data visualization methods to design KPIs that measure various outputs and strategies.
  • Become the data subject matter authority and triage data quality issues, along with developing automated solutions to eliminate manual work.
  • Works cross functionally with subject matters including finance, sales, marketing, product, and technology.
Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics with strong knowledge of Tableau preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify current market sector trends and customer patterns through statistical modeling and analytics.
  • Ability to extract and analyze large amounts of data SQL.
  • Comfortable running and configuring tests with little guidance.
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with the Salesforce data model preferred.
  • Strong analysis skills, primarily investigating and explaining trends using statistical techniques.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple tasks as well as adjust to changing priorities.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with associates and leadership in cross-functional settings using verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • This is a hybrid role that will require 2-3 days in office each week.
