Location Information
Saint Therese offers a continuum of care and services available in a person's own home or in one of our four Twin Cities communities: New Hope, Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, and Woodbury.
Rooted in history, Saint Therese of New Hope is our largest community. This care center has 168 skilled nursing beds for long-term and transitional care. In addition, the Residence at Saint Therese of New Hope houses 225 independent apartments and suites for assisted living and memory care.
Responsibilities
The Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring that the facility is in compliance with government regulations. Demonstrates on-going assessments of resident's general condition and plan of care utilizing the nursing process. Manages and directs the facility staff to provide quality care, continuity of care and person-focused care. This position will supervise the nursing assistants and staff nurses.
Education: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the Minnesota Board of Nursing. BSN preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years nursing experience specifically in skilled nursing, clinical and/or acute care setting; 1-year supervisory experience required.
