OpenGov is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to join our high-performing and fun-loving marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about account-based marketing (ABM) and digital advertising-harnessing the power of data and automation to reach our fearless local government leaders and nurture them into qualified opportunities for the sales team to pursue.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital ABM campaigns to target key accounts and decision-makers within state and local government.
Run paid display, search, and social media campaigns for all OpenGov software solutions: creating ads, setting up audiences, managing campaign budgets, and reporting results
Collaborate with the sales team to identify high-potential accounts-using audience segmentation and targeting capabilities to reach and engage those buyers.
Team up with product marketers and designers to create high-converting ad creatives-including text, image, and video ads-tailored to different target audiences and stages of the buyer's journey.
Continuously optimize digital ad campaigns through A/B testing, copy refinement, audience targeting adjustments, and bid management to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals.
Monitor advertising spend across digital marketing channels-making adjustments to stay within budget and hit pipeline goals.
Partner with growth marketing team members to build landing pages, email assets, and content to drive the execution of campaigns
Track performance with CRM and marketing automation tools-generating regular reports to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.
Support other marketing initiatives as needed across digital channels
Requirements and Preferred Experience:
Experience with Google Ads, Capterra, and LinkedIn platforms is required. ABM platform experience is a plus
Experience with Excel, Power BI or similar business analytics tools is required
Goal-driven with a keen interest in search and digital marketing is required
Strong analytical skills, with experience generating and sharing digital marketing reports is required
Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of campaigns simultaneously is required
Ability to learn new industries quickly, applying this knowledge to marketing initiatives is required
Effective interpersonal and communication skills is required
Strong writing, grammar, spelling, proofreading, and researching skills is required
