REMOTE POSITION - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK CENTRAL TIME HOURS
PAY RANGE UP TO $86.00 PER HOUR (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE LEVEL)

Part-Time Employee Engagement Survey Support needed for a long-term Remote contract opportunity with Yoh's client.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support HR Communications Team with the annual global employee engagement survey
  • Will be note taking, building slides, managing a translation process.
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Working on a global team including Asia and Europe.
  • Administrative support (scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, summarizing meetings, preparing agendas, etc.)
  • Translation management (managing the workflow and vendor)
  • Communication support (PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Excel, some writing)
  • Working with a high level of confidentiality
  • Work with other members of the global communications team to distribute communications and track performance using common tools and procedures.
  • Create communications based on routine assignments.
  • Use existing procedures to produce consistent and on-brand communications.
  • Interact with immediate HR communications team and within the global group.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Part-Time position - 15-20 hours per week
  • Must be available to work between 8:00 am -12:00 pm or 7:00 am - 11:00 am (Central Time)
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
  • Administrative support or project coordination experience
  • Human Resource support experience specifically in the area of employee surveys/employee engagement
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Independent worker
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work Central Time hours
