The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the management of all clinical staff in our adult community-based structured crisis center. The Clinical Supervisor oversees all triage screening and assessment activities which includes identifying consumer needs, ensuring rapid access to treatment and facilitating superior customer service.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a mental health or related specialty.
• Licensed or under supervision for license as an LSCW, LPC or LMFT.
• Minimum 3-5 years clinical experience.
• Supervisory and program management experience is desirable.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office [Mileage reimbursement provided].
