Elena's Way, a Preble Street Wellness Shelter, provides shelter and intensive support services to 40 individuals experiencing homelessness and complex physical and mental health needs, in a 24-hour trauma-informed environment grounded in social work and medical best practices.
A Client Support Staff position with 2nd shift schedules are currently available in this service-inclusive, client-centered shelter program. As part of the team providing comprehensive services to individuals accessing the Wellness Shelter, Elena's Way Client Support Staff outreach and engage with clients, provide direct services and program coverage, maintain safety in program spaces, provide crisis intervention and support, and assist in case management activities.
The schedule available for this full-time position is Friday -Monday, 1:00pm-11:00pm.

Compensation & Benefits
The hourly rate of pay for this full-time (40 hours/week) position is $20.70 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials. Direct service positions in 24/7 programs are eligible for shift differentials of $1.00 per hour for all hours actually worked between the hours of 7:00am and 10:00pm or $2.00 per hour for all hours actually worked between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
