WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Strategic Planning: Spearhead the strategic vision, diving into market insights and analysis, and crafting annual marketing plans that are the engine of our growth.
Marketing Management: Develop and implement marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies, complete with critical metrics and budget oversight. Your work will directly feed the sales funnel, turning prospects into loyal customers.
Content Marketing & Brand Awareness: Elevate our brand with your content strategy, creating compelling narratives that resonate with our audience and underscore our market leadership.
Channel Development: Create marketing plans across diverse channels, ensuring seamless execution that amplifies our reach and impact.
Sales Enablement: Forge strong alliances with our sales teams, equipping them with the tools and insights to succeed, while also gathering vital feedback to refine our marketing efforts.

YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
7+ years of experience in marketing management, showcasing your ability to lead and innovate.
People management skills, with an interest in inspiring and developing teams.
Willingness to travel up to 25% to connect with teams, markets, and opportunities.
