Job Description

The Senior Technical Delivery Assurance Analyst, is responsible for supporting effective delivery of Data Technology services to our internal partners, to drive value for our business. In this role, the successful candidate will partner closely with key data engineering and platform teams to drive programs focused on transforming how we deliver to our internal partners. These programs will include driving pilots and other experiments that shape ongoing strategies in delivering efficiently and on schedule. This position will need to demonstrate technical depth in planning and have executive presence to lead complex and time sensitive initiatives. Daily activities will include managing day to day planning and execution with technical teams. Additionally, acting as a communication conduit with program leadership to maintain alignment on deliverables and meeting business outcomes.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  1. Manage vendor relationships to complete product demonstrations, technical proof of concepts, and costing analysis.
  2. Create processes and standard operating documentation supporting technical delivery assurance activities, including implementing and refining effective cross-functional team ways of working and methodologies.
  3. Use technical expertise to guide and support project teams in making important decisions and resolving technical issues.
  4. Identify and mitigate technical project risks and issues and develop contingency plans to minimize their impact.
  5. Collaborate across technical teams to manage technical risks and issues.
  6. Communicate technical issues, recommendations, and solutions to project leadership and stakeholders.
  7. Facilitate and promote use of appropriate problem-solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective action implementation.
  8. Measure and provide reports on key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of technical project planning.
  9. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and problem-solving.
  10. Ability to recommend and deliver technical solutions that support business goals and objectives.

FORMAL EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) or in lieu of a degree, at least 12 years in experience in the field of Information Technology or Business (work experience or a combination of education and work experience in the field of Information Technology or Business).

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of IT experience
  • 3+ years in Data / Technology roles with increasing levels of responsibility
  • 2+ Years of Continuous Process Improvement
  • 2+ years working in the Manufacturing and/or Consumer Products industry (Preferred)
  • Transactional Lean and/or Six Sigma Certification (Preferred)
  • Experience in data analysis, data engineering, data warehousing
  • Demonstrates deep subject matter expertise on key functional areas of data and analytics engineering and procurement.
  • Strong experience with a variety of data tools & operations
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This position works in the office three days a week and is eligible to work remotely two days a week.
