Job Objective: Perform troubleshooting, diagnostic analysis, repair, and routine maintenance of looms. Maintain safety, quality and delivery standards. Complete necessary paperwork and perform other duties as assigned. Follow Standard Operating Procedures.

2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm

Essential Job Functions: Perform diagnostic analysis, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, and routine maintenance of looms. Make adjustments to ensure woven tape meets specifications. Start-up looms after style changes or overhaul. Repair breaks and smashes, draw-in, perform style changes, and ensure construction conforms to style sheets. Clean equipment and work area as required. Follow control characteristics from Control Plan. Accountable for personal goals and Weave room team goals. Fabricate small simple parts.

Job Qualifications:

Must have at least two years of experience in general maintenance, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex production machinery and equipment including electrical and mechanical components, or a two-year trade school degree. Certification or certification obtained within 30 days for Hazardous Communications and LO-TO. Certification or certification obtained within 90 days to operate power trucks. Ability to read and interpret dials, gauges, rulers, blueprints, schematics, equipment service manuals, and general instructions. Ability to complete paperwork and data entry. Ability to wear hearing protection. Ability to read and understand Style Sheets, perform drawing in, repair breaks and perform all basic weaving functions. Ability to perform essential Job Functions to an acceptable standard with or without reasonable accommodations. Ability to maintain or exceed work standards which will be reviewed at regular intervals. High school diploma or GED. Ability to self-pace learning including book, web-base and classroom participation.
