Description:

Veolia is currently searching for an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician to support the production of water filtration membranes and elements at our Minnetonka, MN plant. The production of water purification membranes and elements are growing businesses which addresses the ever-increasing need for clean water. Come be a part of this exciting and growing technology!

What Success Looks Like:

  • Leading and supporting projects with manufacturing, internal support teams, and external vendors to meet Environmental/Health/Safety (EHS), production, quality, and cost saving goals within schedule and budget.

  • Maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing complex industrial machines, electrical wiring, and fixtures in accordance with relevant codes and safety procedures.

  • Improving quality, uptime and yield of manufacturing processes including documenting process changes, driving process / fixture improvements, driving lead and cycle time improvements, and cost of quality (COQ)

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Experience as a licensed Journeyman Electrician with vocational certification in related fields or high school diploma/GED with 5+ years related work experience.

  • Possess and maintain a State of Minnesota Journeyman or Master Electrician license.

  • Possesses knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable laws, rules, and standards regulating electrical construction and installation practices.

  • Demonstrates basic machine tool & measuring skills.
