  • Manage the Front Desk Team at the Metro Commercial Buildings: CFCL-MPLS, Eustis, State Center, and University.
  • Work within the Property Data Base CRM - Assist with work orders processing.
  • The position is responsible for providing work direction, setting clear expectations and managing the front desk team "Metro Campus's" which includes direct and indirect team members.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum two years of related experience required with a general accounting focus.
  • Understanding of HIPAA laws and regulations.
  • Customer service, and phone call center experience preferred.
  • Perficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Service Now platform, SharePoint and excel.
  • The ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Able to work well with employees and customers in a cooperative, positive, and professional manner to provide exemplary customer service in person and by telephone.
  • Willingness to assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as they arise.
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as multi-purpose printer/copiers, other printer job equipment, computers, calculators, telephones including call center, and check scanners.
  • Driver's license and current vehicle insurance required.
