Job/Internship Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will join the TMT Practice Area Management Operations (PAMO) Team and will work directly with our Regional Managers in North America and Asia Pacific on processes relating to People Initiatives, Affiliation & Events, and Communications. You will support these processes with operational tasks, analysis, and collation of materials. Additional tasks may include small projects within the PAMO team, financial reporting/analysis, and learning best practices from other Practice Areas to bring to TMT.

YOU'RE GOOD AT
  • Problem Solving and working in a remote teaming model
  • Processing information and bringing ideas to the team
  • Building relationships and communicating effectively across teams in different cultures
  • Active listening, synthesizing and following up on actions from discussions
  • Reporting and data analysis
  • Adhoc strategic analyses

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • Working towards a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics
  • Able to work 40 hours per week from June to December in Chicago
  • Analytical approach to problem solving
  • A positive and cooperative attitude
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word)

The TMT PAMO team specific the North America and Asia Pacific Regional Senior Managers, the TMT People Team, and the broader PAMO team.

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
