Final Prep

We are looking for a Final Prep Associate who will report directly to the Final Prep Supervisor. As part of your role, you'll be on a team where we are creating new ways to get people moving forward, where their experiences are measured by emotion rather than distance. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Align and fit structural assemblies manually to position assemblies for joining.

• Drill or tap holes in specified equipment locations to mount control units or to provide openings for elements, wiring, or instruments.

• Spray foam and begin assembling the inside of the boat

• Perform visual inspections of finished products.

• Identify quality problems and recommend solutions.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required: This position will start May 6th 2024

• Regular and reliable attendance.

• Ability to stand, kneel, crawl and work for several hours in various positions either on a concrete floor or within a boat.

• Must work at a reasonable pace within quality and production standards to completion while still maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Production standards include overtime to meet customer needs.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

Preferred:

• Knowledge and previous use of basic hand and power tools.

• Manufacturing, production, machinist, or assembly experience.

• Demonstrated stability and dependability in previous employment.
