Overview

Summary

The Partner Operations Manager works cross-functionally within the organization and with our strategic partners to achieve sales and revenue growth objectives related to our top partners. Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Partner Operations, and working closely with the Partner Business Development leaders as well as Field and Practice teams, the Partner Operations Manager is responsible for maximizing ConvergeOne's rebate programs and processes with our top partners.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

    Collaborates with OEM Business Development, Sales Ops, Field and Practice Leadership to execute strategic initiatives for key partners
  • Focuses on Partner benefit maximizations, including back-end rebates and other financial program benefits
  • Articulates partner programs in depth to communicate updates to appropriate teams
  • Tracks and analyzes financial benefits growth for each strategic partner on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Mitigates program risk by ensuring regulatory compliance and audits for certifications and product authorizations
  • Maintains relationships with OEM Partner Account Managers to ensure planning and business execution
  • Develops reports for the Executive team specifically around partner bookings, revenue, pipeline, and rebates
  • Understands the functions within the various partner portals, CRM, Qlikview, and other administrative tasks
  • Provides best practices recommendations to improve ConvergeOne's sales operations process to support our top partners
  • Assists ConvergeOne with embracing and executing efficiently our customer's and partners' desire to move to Subscription and Cloud based solutions
  • Aligns with supporting OEM team members to provide ongoing training and best practices on new processes and programs across ConvergeOne
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in either product marketing or product management is required (consumer segment technologies preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of the Cisco processes related to VIP, CSPP, Lifecycle Programs, MOUs, certifications
  • Knowledge of Dell and Microsoft programs preferred, including rebates and certifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to understand and work with Cisco Deal ID, PO, Sales Orders, and Web Order ID's
  • Understanding of the Cisco shift to recurring revenue and the required order processes supporting subscriptions
  • Solid understanding of a Cisco Channel Partner's quote to cash process
  • Strategic thinker and strong commitment to customer success
  • Proven team player and willingness to work closely with cross-functional partners
  • Ability to communicate (orally and written) clearly and effectively
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done
  • Strong work ethic and personal drive to excel
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with NetformX a plus
  • Proven ability to build productive relationships with both technical and marketing teams
  • A great, winning attitude that can inspire optimism and fun

Pay Range

$75,000 - $100,000

Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
