This position will work with the Campus Executive Director to serve seniors with compassionate, supportive care at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers.

Location Information

Saint Therese offers a continuum of care and services available in a person's own home or in one of our four Twin Cities communities: New Hope, Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, and Woodbury.

Since 2016, Saint Therese of Woodbury is our youngest community. Social vibrancy, distinctive living spaces and a continuum of care blend to create a unique senior living experience. We have 56 skilled and transitional care suites.

Responsibilities

The Health Care Administrator (HCA) administers, directs, and coordinates the services and programs. With the goal to achieve the objectives of providing high quality senior housing and health care services to clients. The HCA maintains policies and procedures that actively reinforce our mission, core values and corporate directives and directs strategic and financial planning for the community.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field required.
  • MN Licensed Nursing Home Administrator required.

Experience:

New graduates are encouraged to apply as this will be a great learning experience working alongside the Campus Executive Director.

Special knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, families and customers
  • Promote and assure safe, quality client and resident careLead, direct and provide continuous improvement and best practice
  • Passion for caring for older adults
  • Identify and measure quality indicators translating to quantifiable outcomes
  • Demonstrate successful business development and growth in services
  • Strong financial acumen and fiscal/budget experience
  • Strong MS Office proficiency
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
